Should I Be Present at the Inspection?

Plus it’s a good time for you to ask questions. If you can not attend the full inspection service, then you may wish to arrive at the end of the inspection. The home inspector will transfer the digital pictures taken during the inspection into a laptop on-site and review the findings, this review usually takes 10 to 30 minutes depending on the issues.
