Home inspection of the major systems and house components of a less than one year old house, townhouse or condo (aka home) for the owner. This home inspection is normally used to document warranty issues to the builder before the 12 month anniversary date. The time allotted to complete a warranty home inspection can range from 2 ½ to 4 hours depending on the size of the property to be inspected. We do not operate built in appliances since they are in use by occupant. The home inspection fee is based on the size of the heated/cooled square feet of the property to be inspected.
