This service is offered only to clients that TriMark have previously had a final new construction home inspection before on that house. A warranty re-inspection is a partial home inspection of the specific items identified in the original TriMark inspection. Additionally we re-inspect the roof, exterior, attic, crawlspace (if applicable), visual of HVAC systems, visual for plumbing leaks, electrical distribution panel and electrical GFCI branch circuits if accessible. Interior items such as appliances, windows, doors, walls, electrical fixtures, electrical receptacles etc. are not operated/checked. The occupant of the house will need to identify any interior problems and we will check/document any issues revealed of the interior. The home inspection fee is based on the size of the heated/cooled square feet of the property to be inspected and the fee is 70% of the current Standard Pricing Table. Warranty re-inspections usually takes approximately 2 hours to do the inspection.
